Ingredients:
-1 cup Pumpkin Puree, firmly packed
-1 cup Sweet Potato, cooked and firmly packed
-1 head Garlic, Roasted
-1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
-1 pinch Salt, more or less to taste
-1 pinch Black Pepper, more or less to taste
Instructions:
1- Place pumpkin and sweet potato into your food processor/blender or a medium size bowl.
2- Squeeze the caramelized flesh from each clove of the oven roasted garlic into your pumpkin and sweet potato mix.
3- Add coconut oil, salt and pepper and then process or mash until silky smooth and well combined.
4- Enjoy!
