One of the best ways to reduce pain, stress, and suffering inside our bodies is to practice gratitude. When we practice cultivating gratitude throughout our day, we’re more likely to have positive thoughts as we drift off to sleep.
Choose what thoughts you want to be thinking. Take a few minutes, especially before going to sleep, to think of 3-5 things from your day and/or your life in general that you are grateful for.
Focus on gratitude, on being grateful for everything in your life, and watch your world change!
