Balance is an essential component for many aspects of our daily activities (simple gait patterns like walking and even getting in and out of a car require balance). Therefore, training exercises that challenge our balance both statically and dynamically can help to increase agility, thus enabling us to enhance our movements of everyday life by reducing the risk of falls and injuries.
