-INGREDIENTS-
-2 cup raw walnuts
-1 cup raw cashews
-1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
-3 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-½ cup unsweetened banana chips
-½ cup unsweetened dried blueberries and cranberries
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-INSTRUCTIONS-
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine the walnuts, cashews, honey, and coconut oil.
- Spread the nuts in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from the oven and stir in the coconut chips. Then, bake for 7 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Stir in the banana chips, blueberries, and cranberries.
- Store in an airtight container or zip-lock bag.
