-INGREDIENTS-

-2 cup raw walnuts

-1 cup raw cashews

-1 cup unsweetened coconut chips

-3 tbsp honey

-2 tbsp coconut oil

-½ cup unsweetened banana chips

-½ cup unsweetened dried blueberries and cranberries

-1 tsp pure vanilla extract

-INSTRUCTIONS-

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl combine the walnuts, cashews, honey, and coconut oil.
  4. Spread the nuts in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted (about 10 minutes).
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the coconut chips. Then, bake for 7 more minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  8. Stir in the banana chips, blueberries, and cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container or zip-lock bag.
