Step 1 – Write down your goal.
Step 2 – Break it down into small action steps…what you will accomplish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Step 3 – Break it down even further if needed…such ridiculously small steps that you’d have no excuse but to complete the task.
Step 4 – Make sure your environment is conducive to attaining your goal.
Step 5 – Pair your goal with an established routine so then you can bypass the hesitation of starting something new and make it into a new habit more easily.
Step 6 – Reward yourself for your consistency!
